The scientific workshop and the open conference are an intiative of the Belgian Forum on Invasive Species. They are organised by the Belgian Biodiversity Platform, the Belgian Focal Point to the Convention on Biological Diversity, the INPLANBEL project, the Science Policy Office and the FPS Health, Food Chain Savety and Environment.

Conference sponsors are the Science Policy Office and the FPS Health, Food Chain Savety and Environment.
